Questions brands ask
Which communities will sell my products?
Any community on Kladeo can turn you on as a vendor, then show or hide each of your products in its shop. If a community invited you, it starts there.
Who sets prices and ships?
You do. Your prices and shipping rates carry over, and you ship straight to the customer.
When do I get paid?
Payment is collected at checkout and moves to your Shopify Payments balance once you fulfill the order. Only ship orders marked Paid.
How fast do I need to ship?
At your normal speed. Unfulfilled orders cancel automatically after 14 days.
How do returns work?
Shopify creates the return in your admin with the label and reason. The refund settles automatically.
What if something sells out?
Stock syncs from your store, so sold-out items show as sold out in every community shop.
I sell on Etsy or WooCommerce.
We only support Shopify for now. WooCommerce is coming. We can also build your Shopify store for a one-time $100.
Can I stop?
Yes. Disconnect from Kladeo in Shopify Collective at any time.
